1000X2025 was originally about trying to get to 1000 black male educators into the Philadelphia public education system. In this blog we are focused on bringing to light the importance of education and teachers. Constant attacks on the education system along with the pressure on specifically black men to not go into teaching fails to bring to our youth the positive experience that the black leaders of today bring. We push to promote diversity in the hiring of our educators to better reflect the demographics of the country and provide everyone with a positive learning experience.
